By purchasing from The Krafty Kiowa, LLC, you agree to all stated policies including our Refund, Return, and Pickup Policies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper rights or permission to use any logos, images, or designs submitted for custom printing. The Krafty Kiowa, LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement on customer-provided artwork.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall The Krafty Kiowa, LLC be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Refund Policy
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom, personalized, pre-order, or bulk team items.
Please review all order details carefully, including sizes, spelling, colors, and design approvals before submitting your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Custom & Pre-Order Items:
All pre-orders and custom items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Bulk/Team Orders:
Bulk and team orders are final once approved and submitted. We are not responsible for individual sizing errors once sizes have been confirmed.
Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items:
Ready-made, non-personalized items may be exchanged within 7days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. If the issue is verified as our mistake, we will provide a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Sizing:
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the size selected matches what was ordered. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.
Color variations:
Slight color variations may occur due to screen setting and printing processes. This does not qualify for a refund.
Local Pickup Orders:
Orders not picked up within 15 days will be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
